Shipping Policy

Free shipping is included in the sale price for online order deliveries to Victoria.

A subsidised shipping charge of $40 applies for online order deliveries to New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and South Australia.

A subsidised shipping charge of $70 applies for online order deliveries to Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory.  However, if the true shipping cost to your location in Australia exceeds $100 we will subsidise the shipping cost up to a maximum of $60 or we can cancel and refund the order.

We currently ship to the Australian mainland, including Tasmania. We also courier to other countries and subsidise the cost slightly.  The customer is responsible for paying the courier company their Government's taxes and duty where applicable:

- New Zealand at a shipping cost of AU$270

- Europe (central region) - AU$480 (approx. 260 EUR).

- Singapore - AU$330

- USA mainland and Canada - AU$490 (approx. US$320)

- UK - AU$480

Your order should be built and dispatched within two business days, or three business days if laser etching is ordered. Please allow approximately 10 business days if a custom powder coat colour is ordered.  Delivery within Australia is generally 3–5 business days, but please allow up to 7-15 days for Western Australia and Northern Territory.  Delivery to countries outside Australia should take 3-5 days.

Deliver-Eze uses a courier service direct to your home or place of work.  To ensure the safety of your purchase, please specify a business hours address for delivery of the goods.  If the goods are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is at home who can sign for the goods upon delivery, or provide authority to leave in the order comments field.
We cannot accept a PO Box or parcel locker as a shipping address.

In the event that an item showing as 'in stock' is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order - we will notify you within two business days to arrange an alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Delivery of Products (as per the Terms and Conditions page, section 5):

All Orders are delivered via trackable freight by a Delivery Agent we engage on your behalf.

Deliver-Eze cannot guarantee delivery time frames and will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred due to a delay in delivery.

You or your appointed representative must be present to accept delivery of your Order. The Delivery Agent may require proof of identity to be provided.

You acknowledge and agree that any person at the delivery address who accepts delivery of your Order is:

(a)  Authorised by you to receive your Order; and

(b)  Over the age of 16 years and capable of receiving delivery on your behalf. 

You may be liable for re-delivery fees in the event that the Order cannot be delivered due to there being no person present and willing to accept delivery at the delivery address, no proof of identity being provided or if the delivery address cannot be accessed.  In these circumstances you may need to collect the Product from the Delivery Agent’s local depot or agent.  You must follow the Delivery Agent’s instructions for collection and pay any additional delivery fees.

Before accepting delivery of the Order, you or the person accepting delivery should inspect the Product to ensure that it matches your Order and that it has not been damaged in transit.

Ownership of the Product passes to you on the date and time that you (or the person accepting delivery) accept delivery of the Product to the delivery address.
