Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns and Refunds (as per the Terms and Conditions, Section 6)

30 Day Money Back Guarantee.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product supplied by Deliver-Eze Pty. Ltd., please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of taking delivery. 

Deliver-Eze Pty. Ltd. will only accept cancelled orders when we have received a request, and we have agreed prior to the item being shipped.  After shipping the item must be treated as a return.

We will accept an exchange or refund for change of mind within 30 days of taking delivery. Please email info@deliver-eze.com.au with your request to exchange or return the item, quoting your order number and date. Returned merchandise must be in new, undamaged condition and include the purchase receipt and the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance charges for change of mind returns/exchanges.

Our actual shipping costs will not be refunded, which may vary from $20 to $100 or more depending upon your location.

Any custom engraving or custom cutting charges will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed within two working days of receiving the goods and refunded by the same method as the original payment, but less any relevant deductions as detailed above.  Depending on your bank, the processing of a refund can take up to five business days.
