We installed a Mossman (Pillar) box ~ 2 months ago and have been very happy with the result.
Good parcel size, clever chute. Has saved us the hassle of getting our mail re-directed or held when we are away.
Great to see someone still making quality products in Australia

I haven't installed my mail box yet as we are waiting for hand over for new house. I am a postie and I have been delivering mail to one of these boxes for some time unaware of the flip door for Parcels. I was all ways delivering parcels to the door. One day the owner told me that the door flips down for parcels ( as there is no sign stating that ). I was so impressed that I decided that that will be the new letter box for the new house.
DE reply: Thanks for your valuable feedback and support. We sell a lot of our parcel letterboxes to posties and couriers. We strongly recommend using the 'Parcels Pull Open' decal above the letter slot at least initially until your Postie/Couriers are familiar with your parcel letterbox. We recommend setting-up an Australia Post MYPost account and specifying safe drop of your packages into your parcel letterbox.

I did a lot of homework on the internet and found this letter box. The reviews were what swayed me in the end to purchase it. I got lots of extras and am really happy with the address etc. I have the lock on the back and it is so easy to manage. I can highly recommend this product to anyone reading this and will be recommending it to my friends. AND it looks so very smart in front of my new beach house!!

Very happy with the quality of construction of this parcel box. I checked out a neighbours Chinese made parcel box it is nowhere near as good. I expect to get a long life from the Deliver Eze product.
My next door neighbours checked out our parcel box and the Chinese one down the road I mentioned. They ended up buying the Deliver Eze model too. Worth the bit extra for a long life product.

It's so nice to receive a product purchased online that meets your expectations! I'm very happy with my new Mosman Pillar mail box purchase.
This review is given with no reward or inducement, I'm just happy to pass on my honest thoughts.
The door and chute gaps line up perfectly, the laser etching is on point, and it just looks professional. It just feels nice and solid. You open the chute and it feels strong, not light and flimsy... it's clear the grade of stainless steel is high.
Shipping wise, the letterbox is packaged sufficiently to the point where they go to the trouble of reinforcing the outer packaging edges with metal strips along the main edges exposed to contact during delivery.
Very happy with my purchase and congratulations on making such a terrific product. Keep up the good work!

Well made, high quality and very well designed. Includes dynabolts and touchup paint. Parcel chute / anti-reach-in pivoting divider well thought out. Rendered-texture finish simulates cement render well. Is always great to support an Australian Company. Looks the part and stands out from all the other new estate generic mail boxes.

I love our new letterbox, it’s not only functional and practical but saves us so many trips to the post office to pick up parcels. It compliments are home and is matched in colour to the render of the house and fence pillars, provides a dry secure area for our mail and parcels but also a great place to leave items to be collected if we aren’t at home (thanks to a combination lock).
But the most outstanding fact in the process of organising this letterbox was the service received by Alison. Being in Adelaide, I needed to order this item online. I received a call from Alison very early on in the process and she helped me make selections from the font, colour and layout of the front plate to which side to have the back door hinges! After sending photos of our home she also organised for the exact same render colour to be used on the finished product. After spending several years building our home, it was such a pleasure dealing with someone who actually went out of their way to ensure the final product was nothing but perfect. If only everything had been so easy! I would highly recommend this product, I am truly thankful for the amazing service I received and I have and will recommend Alison and the team at Delivereze over and over again. From the manufacturing of this letterbox to the instructions on how to install the whole process has been a breeze. Thank you sincerely!

I did a fair amount of research into what we needed in a mailbox for our freshly landscaped front yard. With online shopping becoming so common now a parcel mailbox was definitely required. So I shopped around online and at Bunnings, everything looked so cheap and flimsy but cost a lot. When I first spotted the Mosman pillar mailbox on the Deliver-eze website I felt like I had hit the jackpot. When it arrived I wasn't disappointed. This is a highly practical and robustly built Australian made product, perfect for modern homes. The quality of the materials, build and finish are excellent and well worth the money.
