I can’t speak highly enough of Deliver-eze and their Mosman parcel letterbox.
The letterbox itself is of a generous size yet subtly stylish; practical, cleverly engineered and extremely well made.

A very simple neat mailbox

Right from ordering it was very simple from start to finish. Looks great and functions well. A possible slight improvement would be to paint the inside edge of the back door opening to match the box colour. Otherwise a great mailbox.

Really happy with this mailbox (Mosman Pillar). Excellent quality and practical design. Postie is getting used to pulling down the flap for parcels. Looks really nice too. Ordered the combination lock which is great,. Some people might struggle bending down to open the door (not a problem for my 6 year old daughter)

placed order and they contacted me asking for any upgrades i hadn’t thought of, very friendly customer service, arrived quickly and safely, easy to bolt in my slab. My partner and i spend a lot on online shopping and this is the best parcel i’ve brought yet! saves so many trips down the post office especially as we both work 12 hour shifts and can’t make the shop hours. best investment yet

Great parcel/letter box. Easy to install and the prompt delivery was exceptional.
The over all look and function of the Mossman (Pillar) is great but would have preferred the large parcel flap to be spring loaded so it can't stay open.
Deliver-Eze reply: Thanks for your review. We understand what you are saying about the front door, but Australia Post guidelines restrict use of spring loaded letter slots due to OH&S concerns for the posties. A spring loaded front door that closes itself generates a lot of energy and would be an even greater hazard, so we designed based on assisted closing only from the mid point of door travel, which gives posties control without jeopardising their fingers.

I would have given five star if there was a slot for newspaper. Otherwise I am happy with it. The letter box cones with your own address which is great.

An amazing Statement Piece

Pros - Looks great, secure, plenty of room for small to medium parcels.
Quality made, fast delivery to Sydney
Cons- Have to crouch down low to unlock for all mail including parcel, letters and junk.
The black writing doesn't show up all that well on the Stainless especially when it wet such as a heaving dew.
If only I could get the courier to work out out to open the very obvious parcel flap. When they see the address "secure parcel letterbox' they simply lean up at the rear of the letter box and don't put it inside. once they work it out I'm hoping this will be resolved.

Our Mosman pillar mailbox arrived very quickly (months before our house build was completed!). The install was easy and the colour matches our house perfectly. We do a lot of online shopping so this is the perfect solution for us. Highly recommended.

The Mason parcel letterbox is easy to install. The size is very generous and most of our home deliveries fit comfortably. It's great having parcels delivered to a secure box at home rather than having to drive to a secondary delivery point if the parcel delivery was attempted when w e weren't home. we LOVE our parcel post box! Its definitely the way for future shopping!

Just some feedback from our postie in 30 years best letterbox ever seen he took photos also called it the Rolls Royce was totally amazed wished everyone had one like ours.
