   Looks great, easy to install, takes decent size parcels and is very secure. Also our Postie absolutely loves it. He wrote a note on our first parcel "The best mail box in all of Burnley. Posties all Thank You". This made my day.

5. Quality product and quick delivery

   I was looking for a Dropbox that could take most ecommerce parcels and that could be integrated with my new white picket fence. It was easy to add additional framing around the Dropbox in the fence to made sure it was extra secure. I added the additional stainless steel trim which finished the job nicely. Not bad for a DIY job. I've also added a sensor inside the Dropbox to alert me when a parcel is deposited. Overall very happy with my new Dropbox

   I found it very easy interacting with Neil and the Deliver-eze team. This is a great box that sits behind our timber batten fence. Easy mechanism with no codes for the couriers to use. Postie can drop off parcels in a second and they remain secure until you open the box with a code using the back door. Had a chance to review the artwork for the number on the front and provide some feedback. Would thoroughly recommend this having looked at a number of alternatives.

   I had looked at a number of parcel letterboxes and our fence builder recommended the Malvern fence. I'm very impressed with the look and the ease of use with this letterbox, and the quality is excellent! After a long time without a letterbox at all, our postie is now very happy! Communication with Alison at Delivereze was excellent. She was very helpful as I had made a change to the font style on the front of the box (perfect!), and the box was delivered very quickly and without hassle and looks great. Local manufacturing is always great to see, especially when the quality is this great.

    A great letter/parcel box, easy to install and worth the price. There are however some small issues with the courier they use, these were quickly rectified once the Deliver-Eze were notified.

    I had been looking for a parcel box that was going to compliment our new spotted gum batten fence and I was struggling to find something that fitted the look I was after. All of the other offerings on the market are bulky and large in appearance, unlike the Malvern parcel box.
    
    I am extremely happy with how the parcel box looks with our new fence and would definitely recommend anybody who is on the fence about purchasing one to take the leap. Great build quality, locally manufactured and well designed. Very impressed.

13. The mailbox we were looking for!

    After getting a new beautiful fence completed, we had been searching for a mailbox that could easily and safely take parcels. Our fence person suggested to check out this mailbox and within 24 hours, I had called Neil and ordered the mailbox.
    Great communication all round with fast responses, quickly delivered and installed within a couple of hours (by someone experienced with the install). The standout is the customer care and service... I know we will be in good hands with future questions if they come up! Thanks Neil and team.

    We got an email within hours to choose our lettering. We confirmed in the morning, the mailbox was manufactured and shipped by the afternoon, and we had it onsite in Brisbane 36 hours later. What exceptional service !! And the mailbox looks great.

15. MALVERN (FENCE) Mailbox

    Works great, easy to install. But disappointed that top (inside of fence part) already has speckles of rust coming. I looked closely we haven’t scratched or anything it’s just like paint wasn’t thick enough to cover. Would have given 5 stars if not for that.
    DE Reply: Victoria kindly sent close up photos. These show iron particles sitting on the surface (likely from an angle grinder nearby), NOT rust of our unit. For more details, google "fallout remover" or "rail dust removal". We have the best corrosion resistance of any parcel letterbox in Australia, and use high quality Dulux Australian powder coating. We manufacture in Australia to control pre-treatment and coatings to avoid rust. As a design engineer and corrosion prevention nerd, I can assure your our powder coating system is thicker and more corrosion resistant than competing products. Neil Silke

16. Best letterbox EVER!

    I received the Malvern letterbox and am so pleased with it! I ordered mine to be of a non standard colour and the service from start to finish was above what I expected. The letterbox not only functions amazingly (beats those combination lock letterboxes on the market), it also looks very modern, sleek and beautiful. Yes, I am describing my letterbox as beautiful!!

17. Couldn't be happier, fantastic mail box!!

    We got the Malvern (fence) in July 2021 to compliment our new fence. We live on the coast and wanted to see how the mail box would stand up to the salt air. The whole thing looks amazing, no rusting and does exactly what it says on the tin! My wife gets a lot of parcels delivered and they are totally secure and never damaged. I am so happy with our purchase, even though it is more expensive than the other bog standard mail boxes out there it is worth every penny!

19. Outstanding Product and Service

    For my new picket fence, my preference for mail delivery was a parcel/letter box without a newspaper hole, that is neat & would complement the new fence.
    
    Delivereze had the perfect product for me, mail slot, good size parcel opening that did not require a combination lock for the posty, but had lockable mail access from the rear of the fence.
    
    When my well packaged Malvern parcel box was delivered, I found it easy to install, made from high quality components and constructed to last, worth even cent.

    *my only suggestion would be a template for the fence hole.

20. Great for a home buisness and the posties and couriers love it!

    We have a business that we run from home and as such we receive a lot of parcels. Living on a battleaxe block with only gate and garage door access, parcels were always left in the driveway. Now we have installed our parcel box on our colourbond gate nothing is left in view. We have had wonderful comments from our postie and the couriers as they don't need to get a signature if there is a secure parcel box. Great product and great quality.
