We recently purchased the Malvern Parcel letterbox the online ordering process was straightforward and easy to follow. We were kept well informed on the progress of our order.
It arrived well boxed in excellent condition and without any unnecessary excess packaging.
The installation process was well explained via the instruction sheets that included photographs to illustrate how to do it easily.
It took 2 people a couple of hours to install it into our old picket fence and it has enhanced our frontage beautifully. We recommend the Malvern and the company was great to do business with.

What an amazing mailbox

I ordered this mailbox prior to installing our new fence. It took a while to install the fence which is why this review took a while to appear.
After the fence and motorized gate were sorted out we then attempted the mailbox. This box fits between two of the vertical bars perfectly, and installing the optional stainless facia makes it easy to keep the poles in position. I mounted it on a concrete slab, with a rather large 6" diameter stainless tube with flanges. It looks amazing from the outside and we are more than happy with the result. Now after installing the beast of a mailbox, I have been patiently waiting for the postman to arrive to see who is more excited!

This parcel box is absolutely amazing, well made, sturdy, safe & secure. It has definitely exceeded our expectations. We have it installed on our colourbond fence. The postie, and courier absolutely loved it too, since we have it installed our letter box barely get used. Highly recommend this parcel box; we have also recommended it to all our friends & families.

My fencer referred Deliver-eze to me as we needed a parcel letterbox. The "Malvern" was spot on for our needs. Damm easy to order and arrived promptly.

My neighbours like the unit that I installed two weeks ago. I installed it onto my aluminium swing gate. I did add extra hinges for strength. Well it all works as advertised. Love it. Some delivery people and Aust Post use it.

We have installed several Deliver Eze "Malvern" style boxes in the past 6 years in conjunction with new picket fences & clients have always been very happy with the appearance, functionality, & security. The only recommendation we can make for installation is to do as a 2 person install as it will make the job easier & more time efficient.

Works just like a real postbox

The malvern has great street appeal and functions just like a real postbox. My parcels are securely locked away and protected from the weather until I arrive home.

I have been looking for something like this for a while and I never satisfied until now. Its so well made, sturdy and a great size. Neil was very helpful and patient.
If anyone is looking for a parcel box so your goodies can arrive safely and be stored securely, purchase one of these. Highly recommend.

what a great Aussie product, looks great, feels strong and will last for ever ! Neil from Deliver-Eze was very helpful when placing my order (I was already told he would be by a friend who recommend this mail box & company) Now Australia Post & other courier companies don't have to leave my expensive items on the door step to be stolen, they are safe out of sight and locked away ! I would recommend this to every one ! I am also a postie and enjoy putting mail & parcels in these boxes knowing that they are safe and i don't have to squash them in a small mail box !!!!!! which i know upsets our customers ! GET ONE NOW !!! don't wait !!!

Every time I speak to a neighbour I invite them over to see our new letter/parcel box :) - they are very impressed, as are we! Amazingly quick service and a great quality product and even better it’s Australian made. I am expecting so see more and more of these in use in the future - I can’t see why anyone would use a little traditional letterbox anymore. So impressed - thanks so much!

My son read your instructions and easily fitted this beauty to my fence. We are so very happy with it, my postie loves it no fighting to push stuff into a tiny box. Really impressed with this letterbox.
Great metal work, sturdy and good craftsmanship.
Good powder coat finish.
Great mechanics/ working of the actual box and good instructions to fit were easy to read and use. Its also great to see something made local.
The only thing I would recommend doing (and this in not a bad point) is that on your website make a more detailed mention about the benefit of this letterbox and how it enables you to list delivery items as ATL. This is fantastic. This alone makes life easy and would be another great feature/ selling point that would sway anyone if they were questioning the purchase price of the product. I only new about this with a pamphlet that came in the box once delivered.
All in all 10 / 10 for this I would strongly recommend it (and have done already) to anyone.

Excellent parcel/letter drop box! It looks pretty and elegant on our picket fence. The box is well engineered and sturdy with high quality materials. Installation is straightforward and every bit just falls into place. The post person seems familiar with it and has use it from day one ;-)
