1. Great product

   Easy to install sits neatly on my rail fence. Needed a parcel drop letterbox but wasn’t able to use a freestanding one. So glad I found this product.
   I ordered just before Christmas and was ok with the delivery time stated. Was pleasantly surprised to receive it much sooner than expected.

   Build quality of the malvern parcel box is excellent. functionality is awsome and looks good. looks even better in my slate fence. Good to see things still built in australia and not china. Highly recommend these parcel boxes.

   It took an experienced builder/carpenter 2 hours to insall it as part of a fence upgrade.
   Installation is not for the amateur but the finsihed and installed product is excellent and admired by all.
   If I were to make one minor suggestion the door at the back would be improved if it had a locking handle.
   Australian made with the attendant sevice and quick delivery-as it used to be!
   
   DE Reply: Thanks for the valuable feedback. Our optional 3-digit combination lock acts like a door handle to open and shut the rear retrieval door. We will update our product information to include this detail.

   I'm a fully qualified boilermaker/fabricator and can make just about any metal product needed.
   
   I had thought of making this same idea for myself but then I googled secure letter/parcel box.
   
   I honestly couldn't make this letter/parcel box. to this standard for the price that I paid for it.
   
   Everything is precisely made and fitted, the laser cutting is second to none that I have seen in the trade.
   
   This has to be on your want list if you are looking for a secure letter/parcel box.

   We purchased this after looking locally in WA and not finding anything that suit .. we wanted something to put in an existing wall, that was going to stop the local parcel thieves but able to take all sorts of parcels that we get but look nice also with minimal fuss installing. Well it certainly delivered! No way you can get parcels out without some pretty serious tools or a car and chain lol
   
   Our postie loves it as its now at a great height for him to reach and so much easier!
   
   Im so glad we invested in this, it will be here long after we move from this place and always been a very fashionable, trim and smart looking mail box for the next owners eventually.

   Our Malvern parcel letterbox is perfect for receiving normal mail and small to most medium sized parcels. Looks great and was easy to install. Has saved lots of trips to the post office!

9. Malvern fence parcel/letterbox

   We recently received our parcel-letterbox in our custom colour and it looks great, matching the new fence and house trim. Neil kept us informed of the progress of our order, which was appreciated. There was a hiccup with the delivery company and again Neil was ready to follow-up on this, but it finally appeared in good order. The fencer who installed it was admiring of its parcel function. It's great for a family that receives a lot of parcels.

11. Fabulous product for the age of online shopping

    Deliver Eze were so easy to deal with and managed to turn around our order in a very short space of time. Love the fact that it is locally made so am supporting a local business. The Malvern was relatively easy to install and is so handy in this age of lockdowns and online shopping. Not only does it accept A4 envelopes without them being folded it takes parcels and all kept secure until I'm ready to access them. No more trying to dry out soggy letters. Yes it's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and this is definitely a high quality product. Highly recommended

    Postie loves using it, now he misses the conversation we have when he drops off.
    
    Build quality is spot on, dimensions are perfect.
    
    The only thing I'll say is get someone to help you fit, was a lot of work for 1 person in a large fence, putting it in and making small adjustments to the cutout, and walking around the other side to see how it looked.
    
    Looks great in place, it's too fancy in my plain fence!
    
    I've told everyone and the postie tells other people about it in the area.
    
    Next challenge is to add some LoraWAN sensors to tell me when its used.

13. Need

    We have a modular fence so making a hole was easy. Happy with the product and quality. When I visited my neighbors during the week I knew it was a good idea as I picked up one of their parcels from in the bushes. The product was delivered promptly, a little on the costly side but you pay for quality which we wanted.

    Impressed with quality, service was excellent and fast delivery as well. Very neat product, looks good. Semi rural property so we can receive secure parcel deliveries now and reduce the need to travel to Post Office for collections. Overall one very happy customer.

17. Quality Aussie Product

    Every home needs one of these, or, continue to be carded and then wait in the line at the Post Office on a regular basis. A good size, heavy gauge metal protected with powder coating. Very easy to install. Great service, nothing is a problem for Neil. I would love it to have a device that connects to wi-fi and alerts an app if mail is delivered. Going to try a vibration detector placed in the box?

18. Best Parcel Box on the Market- brilliant quality

    I was directed to look at this product by my brother who is prestige home builder, which he uses on all his properties. I bought the Malvern picket fence style product with stainless steel numbers and combo lock for our old Victorian which we have just renovated. The quality is A class. The powder coat finish is flawless. The instructions for installation are detailed. The size is the largest on market from what I have researched. The door at the back is very strong and easy to use.
    The service provided by Neil was second to none and he took the time to explain options and how the product works.
    Delivery was very quick and the product came very well packaged and as expected with no faults at all.
    I would not hesitate I’d recommending this product to whoever is looking for a solid, quality built parcel box.

19. Great design and built to last.

    Have been very happy with the quality and function of our new Malvern Deliver-Eze parcel letterbox. We mounted ours in a batten style fence with a 38mm batten on a 50mm rail, mounted up perfectly. We also had the lock changed to a combo and the quality of this seams good and now we can’t lose the keys.
    One minor thing was the instructions supplied were for the brick in model, not to worry, it was pretty simple to install by just looking at it and figured it out.

20. A Superb Design and Well-made Product

    I was looking around for a device which could provide a secure and convenient way for parcels to be delivered and left at my address. I surfed the internet extensively and arrived at the conclusion that only the Deliver-Eze letter/parcel box would suit my needs in every respect. There are other products on the market but either they are very expensive, or they involve access to the parcels only from the front, which is not exactly convenient if the box is to be fixed onto a boundary wall or fence. I approached Neil at Deliver-Eze and obtained useful, honest advice regarding the exact model which would best suit my requirements. The process of ordering the letter/parcel box was extremely efficient and easy. Neil and his staff, particularly Alison, have been most helpful. Their customer service is first-rate. I would highly recommend Deliver-Eze.
