1. A secure mailbox for everyone - especially the mechanically minded!

   We were searching for a mailbox that I could easily modify so that we could electronically lock it using our intercom and access control systems (living near a school AND shopping centre required we could do this to avoid vandalism). Beyond the scope of this review, this was achievable using Neil's fantastic design, and a weekend of experimentation and brainstorming.
   
   Being a "backyard engineer", I was expecting to have to "upgrade" some parts to achieve the desired results - I did not have to modify much. The link bars are not just flimsy flat steel - they have nice integral inserts with bushings that will last a lifetime of operations. The units are sturdy, with wall thicknesses that are more than adequate to turn this into a pretty good "safe". Everything was perfectly square, and now the box will be installed on the weekend into a brick wall (We bought the Malvern, but chipping some brick to make it fit isn't a big deal).
   
   Very happy with the overall design and tolerances. The BCA should require every house to have one of these letterboxes - at least this would give Australia Post no reason to leave the dreaded Red Card Of Death, requiring a half-hour wait at the postie to pick up your valuables.

2. Excellent Australian made product

   I’m the envy of all my neighbours with this new parcel box. The 316 stainless fascia has a low profile finish that looks great. Pull it down to open to receive parcels, that cushion drop into the secure mail box. I chose key entry retrieval, so I don’t have to fiddle with a combination lock down low. This is a well built Australian unit that should last. I chose to get an additional rust treatment as I’m beachside; and I also gave it a wipe myself with penetrol before installing. I also chose the laser engraving which looks great. Best thing about it... it works well. Postmen and couriers are using it instantly without prompting. No more parcels left in view or thrown on the porch while scurrying from my pooch. My wife, myself and even my dog give this a big thumbs up for being an Aussie made, quality product that looks great and works well for all of us.

3. Best Idea

   This mailbox is the most practical I have ever seen, Only thing's that could be improved is the installation instruction provided, as some of the pictures are taken form angles that made it a little confusing what I was looking at....
   and not sure if offered but it would be a great option to have the rear parcel door open left or right hand side.
   
   None of the above would prevent me purchasing again nor recommending

4. Awesome Product!

   This is an excellent product and eases the hassle of parcels being taken to the post office due to inability to deliver them.
   We've had the letterbox installed for a week and have had 4 parcels delivered easily and efficiently.
   We chose the following options:
   - powder coat - this has come up a treat!
   - Lock - easily accessible and secure
   - Vinyl numbers - adequate but not sure I'd chose this again.
   Letterbox was easy to install, though you do need to secure it from underneath. We used a steel post.
   Overall a terrific product and highly recommended

5. Everyone I know is jealous

   Attached are a couple of photos of the mailbox installed in my “not-a-picket-fence” fence.
   
   It went in surprisingly easily – once set up straight. As you can see I made some minor changes, for example using brackets to support it and by drilling through the bars and using bolts (not yet trimmed in the photo) rather than self-tappers. It works well and everyone I know is jealous.

6. This letterbox is excellent

   I received and opened my new Deliver EZE letter box today and I wanted to say that it is everything I expected and more. I'm a critical and fussy person who likes things done properly and made to last. This letterbox is excellent. It looks great, is finished nicely and operates smoothly. It feels sturdy and I can't wait to get it in my fence.
